Ken Nix - President
Ken Nix founded Ken Nix & Associates, Inc. in 1993. He is the founder and driving force behind KNA. Ken built the company based on quality, integrity, value, and superb service. Ken has over 30 years of electrical contracting experience and holds electrical licenses across the US. His extensive knowledge of Data Center design and implementation is what has grown KNA into the respectable company it is today. Ken is passionate about the ever-changing data center environment. He guides and supports the KNA team as they deliver the exceptional service our customers deserve. He continues to lead the KNA team with executive guidance and leadership.
Kirk T. Dial - Vice President
Kirk Dial has over 25 years of experience in the electrical industry. Kirk has been a part of the Ken Nix & Associates, Inc. team since 1993 and has played a vital role in the growth and leadership of KNA. Kirk holds both electrical and general contracting licenses. He works directly with the customers to form a clear, comprehensive plan that meets the total data center needs. He collaborates with the project managers and customers to ensure efficient and superior designs and installations.
Lara Dial - Executive Vice President
Lara Dial joined KNA in 2006 to promote company growth and development plans. Lara works hand in hand with Ken on creating and implementing policies and procedures company-wide. She facilitates decision making for the best course of action to stimulate future business development and financial management. She collaborates with project managers on scheduling, staffing, and customer expectations.
Kevin Marchman - Director of Professional Services
Kevin joined KNA in 2007 to provide support on all projects from conception to completion. Kevin helps guide our installers and technicians to ensure a successful installation. Kevin oversees all projects once the purchase order is received. Kevin is the liaison between the KNA installation team and the customer. He works directly with the customer to review the scope of work, the expectations, and any site requirements. His main goal is to provide a construction plan that ensures an organized, timely, and cost-effective completed project.
Paul Harris - Head Project Manager, Professional Services
Paul Harris has over 30 years of electrical experience and has been a valuable part of KNA for over 15 years. Paul is customer service oriented and goes above and beyond to make sure our customers are completely satisfied with the work KNA provides. He oversees and directs the onsite construction of projects while monitoring compliance with building and safety regulations.
